For pre-Christmas delivery, order by December 8th without a proof.

• whether a proof is involved
• production time based on manufacturer
• where the order is shipping from and to
• shipping method (i.e. ground, overnight or second day air)
• time of year (additional processing time may apply after October 1)

If you will be viewing a proof, please expect to receive it via email according to the chart below.

Your order is considered “in production” when one of the following occurs:

1. an order is placed by you (with no request for a proof, or a proof is not offered)

2. your proof approval is received (on orders where a proof was requested)
